We will be happy to accept a return for a refund or exchange on products in new/unused condition within 30 days of delivery.
ALL returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee. Additional fees may be incurred on non-stocking items which is determined by the manufacturer.
What Can I Return?
Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way). In the event of fitment, flaw or defect, pictures may be necessary to complete your request.
Some exceptions for items that cannot be returned:
- Products with custom paint or finishes.
- Tires or Wheels that have been mounted.
- Fiberglass Body Panels
What Are My Shipping Fees?
If reason for return is Not a result of an error on SoCal SuperTrucks...
Customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and initial shipping costs. Thus, if you return an item and did not originally pay shipping costs, the original shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.

Warranty Claim
Manufacturers often have limited warranties on parts, and each manufacturer typically requires inspection of the defective part before repair or replacement.
Specific warranty information can be found in the "details" section of each product page. Pictures of the flaw or defect may be necessary to complete your claim.
Damaged or Missing Item
In the rare event that your product is delivered damaged/defective, please let us know so we can process a replacement immediately at no additional cost. Please do not attempt to install a damaged part and settle for less than what you paid for.
There are a few important things to keep in mind:
- Products must be in the original packaging for possible courier pickup/inspection (please do not assemble, install, or modify the product in any way).
- Photos may be required of product or packaging prior to opening boxes.
