SoCal SuperTrucks Return Policy


SoCal SuperTrucks gladly accepts returns on all new merchandise.
Note that all returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Please try to include all original packaging, manuals, and ancillary materials in order to avoid being penalized.

Reimbursement eligibility for returns is as follows:

  • Within 30 days of invoice date: full refund, less any restocking fees
  • After 30 days of invoice date: store credit only, less any restocking fees
  • After 90 days of invoice date: no refunds or returns after 90 days

Refunds will be given on parts only and excludes labor or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges. All parts must be returned in the original package, cannot be damaged or installed, and must be in original condition. All returned parts must be sent freight prepaid and are subject to a re-boxing fee.

Certain parts are not returnable, including but not limited to wheels and tires that have been mounted and/or installed, electrical items, closeouts, and SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS.
Customer returns for parts received as part of a "free shipping" offer will be credited for the amount of the returned parts less actual outbound shipping charges paid by us and any restocking fee that may apply.
Customer is 100% responsible for ALL shipping costs on returned items. Thus, if you return an item and did not originally pay shipping costs, the original shipping cost incurred by us will be deducted from your refund.
Shipments Refused by you (The Customer) and returned back to SoCal SuperTrucks, inc. will automatically have all shipping charges (To and From) deducted from the refund.

Return Procedure

For all returns, please call 909-383-5454. Provide a specific reason for your return, and request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number.
When packaging your parts for shipping, write the RGA number on the outside packaging in large, easily visible letters, and include a copy of the original invoice in the package.
We strongly recommend packing any parts with fragile components with sufficient padding. Note that we are not responsible for products being returned to us that are damaged mid-shipment.

Warranty Policy

SoCal SuperTrucks guarantees the workmanship of the products sold for a period of 30 days from date of receipt. If you have received a defective product, please review the manufacturer information included with your new product. Should your product fail after 30 days, please contact us and we will assist you in submitting a claim to the manufacturer.

Product Pricing Policy

While SoCal SuperTrucks and our affiliates do our best to ensure that the information viewed on our website is as accurate and error-free as possible, mistakes do occur. We do not warrant that product descriptions, and all other content of this website to be entirely accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

Additionally, barring any pricing inaccuracies, items in your shopping cart should always reflect the most recent price, as is also displayed on the item's product detail page. Please note that this price may differ from the price shown for the item when you first place it in your cart.
With respect to items sold by SoCalSuperTrucks.com, we cannot confirm the price of an item until you order. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items in our catalog or on our website may be mispriced. In the event of a pricing inaccuracy, we will proceed at our discretion as follows:

  • If an item's correct price is lower than our stated price, we will charge the lower amount and ship you the item.
  • If an item's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will take one of the following actions:
    • Your order will be held, and we will attempt to contact you for further instruction regarding you order
    • Your order will be cancelled, and we will notify you of the cancellation immediately

Also note that purchases from third-party sellers using SoCalSuperTrucks.com payments are charged at the time you place your order, and third-party sellers may follow different policies in the event of a mispriced item.
